We are Aviation High School’s FIRST robotics team. Team 1601 has continued to educate and inspire students in engineering and the sciences for over 15 years by connecting them to local professionals and providing hands-on experience through the FIRST Robotics Competition.

FIRST is an international organization dedicated to promoting science and technology. Through programs like FIRST LEGO League, FIRST Tech Challenge and FIRST Robotics Competition, students are given an opportunity to gain experience in the fields of engineering, business and more.
